Experience of Job Interview

Hey guys wanted to share one experience with you :)

Job Interview 

I am doing job in *** Company, Now I am going to complete 2+ year of experience as software developer. For better opportunity and desire to relocate as well as career growth need to switch job. One day I got mail from ***Company having vacancies for 2 year experience person as dot net developer. I was happy and replied them on same id with my updated resume.After few days I got replied, "Your Resume has been shortlisted you have to come for the interview on Friday".
                I was delighted. Now I had only one goal, crack all the round and be a part of the ***Company. I started preparing,searching interview questions and answer on internet also was asking friends having experience with the same company which was going to conduct the rounds.Finally day came, I went their on 1:30 PM  In the mail they mentioned reporting lady name.
                 I met her, she told me to wait on first floor, I was waiting there suddenly one lady came and gave me one forms with question paper and answer sheet, and was telling me don't write on question paper,don't make any marks on it or anything aa.. I said ok mam I won't.She replied you have 1 hrs to finish this test. After gave all of this information she went from the waiting hall, I started solving the questions, Frankly speaking I am very weak in aptitude, but somehow i cracked that round because it includes some .net + database questions and i am quite good in that :) after one hr the same lady came, was asking me "have you done?" I said yes mam. Then she took all documents and went in interview hall, I finished my test on 3 PM after that I was waiting for result, on 4:30 pm one gentleman came outside, and said the names of selected students I was in the list, after hearing my name, felling like run difficult code successfully on first start. Next was technical round for that they were testing our patients :P I meant from 3 to 5 i was waiting for the next call and on 5:30 the lady came and called me showed me the way of the interview hall, I entered into the cabin, there was one lady having my resume on her hand,I asked her to came in, she said yes, before this i was preparing continuously and rad complete notes and that's why I was fully confident on me, for the same round was so excited. which question she will ask and all...
But in the cabin whatever happened was so surprising for me, wanted to tell you conversations in detailed 

Me : May I come in Mam :) ?
She : Yes, come in.

Me : Good evening mam.
She : Good evening set.
Me : Thank you !
She : Tell me about yourself suraj
Me : My name is suraj vasantrao binorkar, I am post graduated in MCA with first class in 2014, I am quite good in .net technology and I have an experience of 2+ year, currently i m working with ***company, that's all about me
She : What about your family??
Me : Ohhh.. We are 4 members my mother is housewife,father is retired government servant, sister is married now she is in yatmal.
She : wait suraj!
Me : what happened.
She : do you have education gap?
Me : no, but after BCS I have done MCS and parallel was working with **** hospital as software developer
She : but this is your gap.
Me : actually its not i have done MCS

She : no it is gap because you did MCS only one year na..???

Me : yes but after that i got admission for MCA
She : ok ! show me your documents
Me : yes I have it ! but it is in bag, can i ?
She : no.. wait... lets HR will conduct your round please wait out side
Me : ok no problem mam Thank You!

Then I went outside from the cabin, and was waiting for HR call, after few mints another lady came outside, said "Suraj ! you are rejected for the day.." I shocked and suddenly i got blank, I wanted to ask her why? but I couldn't , I smiled and went from that company :)

I was so depressed, because at least she had to ask some technical question if i didn't then she had rights to reject me, but this was so .... I don't want to say anything about it..

I would like to share one more experience with you about.... :)

On 2014 when I passed out MCA with first class and went out for job,I saw there are number of competitors who want to get one chance or opportunity to prove them-self. And one day, from somewhere I heard about job fair.I did registration for that, which was going to held on Sinhagad Institute Ambegaon Pune. Including me we were 6 friends who did registration.

We went there early in the morning at 8 am. The reporting timing was 9 am.
They declared list of the companies on their notice board. There were total 30 companies  in the list . From 9 am to 3 pm we were waiting in the queue to enter into the hall. After getting entered in the hall they were demanding  250 Rs  for confirm registration. We told them we did online registration but they said you have to pay 250 Rs for confirm the interview process. Finally We paid the registration fees and then again stuck in queue.

After 2 hr we got entered in the main hall, where the interview process will conduct. And I got shocked, when I saw there were  total 7 companies for interviews and only 3 of them were for IT remaining for BPO's .We asked their volunteers about that, they told the companies got left because they hired employee and they were full fill there requirement.We said no problem lets attend the interview of the rest of the companies.

Again we were in queue for the interview for so called company *****.
I thought the HR would ask me about technical or educational background but he stop my interview just because of I passed out from Dr.BAMU. I got shocked. I heard that earlier, some of the Pune based companies doesn't allow the BAMU students.I thought that was just rumours. But I experienced that first time.
I did argued with them 5 to 10 mint said you can take one demo round or test. They didn't convinced. Lastly after all of this conversation he said" hey, we conduct one special test for BAMU students here I have list for that and I am going to add you too in the same list you will get the call from our side".
I said "OK, nice to meet you sir". Then I left from that queue and sat outside the college. I was so depressed and was thinking , What the f*** he has problem with the university.

That one also bad experience for me.What should you decide in this case, Should students go for this type of job fare and waste their valuable time?? From my point of view this nothing more a big waste of time :)
